Politics - Modern Artist

Politics, the visionary behind "Kinetic Impressions," coined this term to crystallize the essence of his distinctive artistic style. Feeling that his creations were inadequately represented within the broad spectrum of three-dimensional art, he sought a more nuanced classification. Born Daniel Acero in 1983, Politics hails from the tranquil landscapes of Fusagasuga, a small city in the Colombian countryside. At the age of 14, he embarked on a transformative journey to Miami in 1998, a city he has called home ever since.

Immersed in the vibrant tapestry of Miami's diversity, Politics found the ideal backdrop to nurture his artistic evolution. Originally trained in product design, he made a pivotal shift from crafting products to sculpting unique, one-of-a-kind masterpieces. Each series conceived by Politics is a deliberate exploration, aiming to unveil fresh perspectives and evoke a myriad of emotions.

Enamored by the concept of offering collectors the chance to possess exclusive and rare artworks, Politics endeavors to deliver unparalleled aesthetic experiences. Through his tireless pursuit of pushing artistic boundaries, he continues to create captivating pieces that resonate with unique meanings and emotions.

"Be faithfull to your own ideas"

My work is an expression of my fascination of creating unique and original pieces, I love the process of having an idea and being able to execute and create a physical piece. I seek to explore the relationship between different concepts and bring them to life in different forms and shapes.

My process involves careful observation and study of a particular subject, as well as experimentation with different materials and techniques. I am particularly drawn to the tactile qualities of wood, paint, plastic and metal, and I relish the challenge of shaping these unforgiving materials into fluid, dynamic forms.

Each sculpture or art piece is a unique exploration of movement, texture, and symbolism. I strive to create works that are both visually striking and intellectually engaging, inviting the viewer to contemplate their own relationship with their thoughts and the world around them.

Ultimately, my goal as an artist is to transcend the limitations of the physical form and capture something deeper and more elusive - the essence of what it means to be able to create.

Kinetic Impressions

Kinetic Impressions is a unique fusion of painting and sculpture, where artists seamlessly incorporate the principles of quantum mechanics into three-dimensional artistic expressions. In this captivating genre, artists not only explore the fluidity of form but also play with the inherent uncertainty and interconnectedness found in physics. The artworks go beyond the traditional boundaries of two-dimensional art, featuring intricate textures and dynamic shapes that evoke the inherent duality and unpredictability of quantum states.

This genre places a strong emphasis on tridimensional art, bringing sculptures to life in a way that captures the essence of particles in motion. The dynamic sculptures, combined with carefully crafted paintings, create a visual symphony that immerses the viewer in a realm where perception and reality intertwine. The three-dimensional aspect adds an extra layer of depth and engagement, inviting the audience to explore the intricacies of quantum-inspired art in a tangible and immersive way. Through this marriage of painting and sculpture, Kinetic Impressions pushes the boundaries of traditional artistic forms, offering a unique and captivating experience for art enthusiasts.
