Commission Terms

The artwork is an original, one-of-a-kind commissioned piece created specifically for this project.

The commission will proceed based on the approved artistic concept and specifications. Due to the handmade nature of the work, subtle variations in texture, color, material, and finish are inherent to the artwork and are part of its original character.

The artwork remains the property of the artist until payment has been received in full.

Delivery and installation will be coordinated with the client upon completion of the artwork and once the installation site is ready and accessible.
